Refund Policy

Our policy for refunds is to process all credits within 60 days. All credits to patients are process ASAP, and if we cannot refund after trying to find the patient, then we turn the money over to unclaimed status.

If there is an insurance credit, we contact the insurance company to retract the money from any future check to offset the amount.

If the insurance does not want the money back, we will leave it on the account with notes.
